  16. I'm trying to use MacApp 1.1.1 with MPW 3.0.  Right now I'm stuck on the
  17. MacApp debugger.  Is there a letter I missed, or a document elsewhere on
  18. AppleLink, that describes what I have to change (other than the letter from
  19. Father Vincent)?  What is "Frameworks", and is it somehow related?
